Technical Programme

The International Conference on Microelectronics (MIEL) is one of the most outstanding European conferences, providing an international forum for the presentation and discussion of the recent developments and future trends in the field of micro- and nano-electronics. As in previous years, the technical programme will cover all important aspects of micro- and nano-electronic devices, circuits and systems:

bullet

materials and processes

bullet

technologies and devices

bullet

device physics and modeling

bullet

process and device simulation

bullet

circuit design and testing

bullet

system design and packaging

bullet

characterization and reliability

Based on the past decade history, the MIEL 2019 technical programme is expected to consist of about 100 contributed papers by the authors from more than 20 countries all over the world, which are to be scheduled for appropriate oral and poster sessions. These papers, together with about twelve invited papers by the world-leading authorities in the fields of nanoelectronics, will form the solid foundation, and the associated Mini-Colloquia on nanoelectroncs will round off the technical programme of the MIEL 2019 Conference.
